I know how vacation time works. Again, not....my.....problem

I'm not sure where people started thinking that slinging "I HAVE TO WORK" around should generate some kind of sympathy. Welcome to adulthood?

Between big corps, small family firms and everything in between, some people can find it a struggle to get a specific window off, especially if they can only confirm it a couple of weeks ahead. In my time chasing hardcore prog, I'd say I've had a 50/50 hit rate. Sometimes it wasn't a problem, sometimes either the notice was too late or other people in my team already had it booked.

It's not about sympathy so please drop that one along with the adulthood angle whilst you're at it. It's about being able to hop on as soon as the servers go up.

Oh and before you get all aggressive and angry with me as well. Please keep in mind that my personal opinion is that it should just be locked for a day. I'd just love to be able to take one evening enjoying the story before I jump into the raid grind.
