    I always thought that was more like merging Titan with the Kobold technology we saw before and after we met Titan. Like minecarts with wheels, grates, and the like.

    And if you can see that, then seeing Shiva be naked and have the dragon be her covering isn't a stretch either. It's just an interpretation that whatever produced the Savage version gave.
