DX11 Crash

I teleported to Eulmore and instant DX11 crash and now won't let me even login before gives another DX11 error then crashes. I switched to DX9 and samething happens instant crash before loads your character up in main city of Eulmore.

They didn't show up till 5.2 and last time had them was in 5.1 right after Nier raid came out. To many is getting them from seeing the forums. So it's something from your last patch that is causing them. I know its not my pc over heating since runs at normal 28C to 30C for both the cpu and gpu when happens. I use windows 10 64bit RTX 2080 OCC graphics card game is on a SSD and have I7 8700k cpu that's not over clocked.

Were any updates or changes made to the PC? Additionally what have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Could you also provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I'm having the same issues as well. First it started with my main and had been an ongoing crash issue. Was fine this morning until I teleported to Eulmore and it crashed. I've not been able to log back in since. I tested it with my second character and she also crashed when teleporting into Eulmore.

It isn't my NVIDIA drivers since I had updated it TODAY. I don't know what other issues it might be except for a potential bug in Eulmore. This is highly frustrating..

If you type "clean" on the windows 10 bar, it will show and app that cleans not useful files, such cookies, saved offline pages. I selected to clean too saved old windows update files and restarted the computer. It run the game again in full window and resolution.

Click on the option to clean "cache of shadowy direct x" or the close to that in English.

Fixed my problem it was missing textures in sqpack ex3. Haven't had anymore dx11 errors after fixing it. So it had nothing to do about my pc just got another bad update that must of had corrupt texture files in it. This also happened in 5.1 patch to.
