DX11 Kernel32.dll crash when teleporting to Slitherborough (Twice)

In the span of roughly 10-20 minutes:

1) I logged onto FF14.
2) Teleported to the Viera (Vii) village in Rak'Tika. Went to the dailies by the Qiqirn.
3) I teleported to Slitherborough.
4) Crash to desktop, image was the error: https://i.imgur.com/u941IR2.png
Specifically: ffxiv_dx11.exe for 5 lines with various numbers, then KERNEL32.DLL +17BD4, then ntdll.dll+6CED1.

I reload the game, my guy is in Slitherborough. I go to mine a daily node down south, and then teleport back to Slitherborough. Crash. Exact same issue, exact same error.

This issue had happened to me yesterday as well, without as much of a clear cause. It is emphatically not framerate or heat of my computer. I was able to teleport to Rak'Tika (the Vii village) and elsewhere and do zonurskin maps with my friends earlier today no problem. We entered the map dungeon with a lot of activity/visuals/work on my GPU no problem. I did Ruby Weapon Friday night no problem, idled in Limsa no problem.

The 2nd time the error has come up I can move ingame, but I cannot select any buttons - If I press gathering/collecting the button flashes but the window does not pop up. If I press teleport the window does not pop up. If I press return I am able to return to my home aetherite.

I cannot open my currency window or my character window. I can however open my inventory window. I am also able to type in say or party: https://i.imgur.com/oj8aULW.png

I have:
1) Reinstalled the game (D drive, not C drive. I will attempt C Drive reinstall shortly)
2) Enabled limit of 60FPS refresh rate ingame, Nvidia does not have this option
3) Not had any overclocking (never did overclocking) and temperatures are average/normal.

Included below is system information. I will be reinstalling on /c/ drive momentarily. I will be doing the recommendations Rhaervis provided in other topics but I will be honest, the way I was able to play the game yet not be able to open certain windows and open others strikes me as a clear example of the issue being client/server-side. I have never heard of a antivirus or UAC or GPU software that makes someone visible on foot yet invisible if they become mounted.

A rolling update of what I have done, using the Slitherborough error as an experiment:

1) Changed launcher to Original Format. As recommended b Packetdancer at http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...Y-XIV.%286d%29
Loaded ingame, was at Slitherborough. Opened Teleport. Selected Slitherborough. Did not minimize client. Teleported to Slitherborough. No crash. Began teleportation to Fanow (Viera village). Hit with a tide of errors and crash to game. Minimized (borderless full window). 7 Separate dx11.exe unexpected errors. Same code as before

2) No changes, loaded game. Experiment to determine if minimizing during teleportation is cause. Game is minimized while loading intro cinematic. Game is minimized after selecting character and logging in. Receive warning character is still logged in and they are logging my character out. Wait a moment, log in, minimize. Again, 7 errors.

3) No changes, loading game. Experiment to log in WITHOUT minimizing. I will not minimize when a loading screen is involved. Will minimize only after I am loaded in game. Long load time, connection to the server has been lost. Did not capture #. Log back in. Do not minimize. Error hits.

4) Change game to full screen, not borderless windowed. Also follow Rhaervis advice of disabling fullscreen optimization on ffxiv_dx11.exe in game folder. Load game via ffxivboot64.exe. Error spam happens again, game cannot load.

5) Uninstalled game. Deleted My Games/FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn folder (I Moved it to another folder in my documents). Installed on /c/ drive in /c/video games/Square Enix folder. Downloading now.
6) After reinstall, I was able to load game - port to Fanow - port to Slitherborough. No crashes, even when minimizing game. I shut game down and reloaded it (not sure from 64 boot or other boot). No problem when I loaded in for a minute. I've teleported to Fanow/Vii Village or Slitherborough a few times now, minimized, and the problem did not repeat but it may come back again. I remember last time I did a reinstall I had the error fixed for some time before it came back later that night.

Please keep this topic up as I am not sure if the situation has resolved. I will be playing for some time tonight and will report back if I encounter the error again, upon which I will load the game via GeForce Experience as some report that fixes the error. I will note after I uninstalled the game I still had the game files in my D drive. I deleted them, but that makes me question if the previous time I uninstalled the game it did not truly uninstall.

When you do a reinstall make sure after you download the client it asks you to link your account (enter your SE ID, password, one time security password). Not the login screen on the client, but the one in this part of the installation process https://i.imgur.com/EKxsBzx.png . I do not remember if that one came up during my first reinstall (it did this time), so perhaps the uninstall did not really work. Then again, it's also possible it did work and this DirectX error will repeat itself shortly.
