Not sure of specifics, of course. There must be a strong Lightning focus, but if healing doesn't make sense through this "element" then of course I'd be open to Water-based healing. Perhaps Lightning Mage is strong with both lightning and water, and has higher-level (50+) skills that combine the two together for damage, perhaps an AoE in the style of Holy/Gravity/Art of War.

Lightning is described in lore as the element of cathalysis. An element of transformation, transfer of energy.

I don't see a hammer wielding lightning mage (Thor) as a healer but I could see a mechanomancer, as one.

A class that wears hammers, and has a powerpack on their back, charging up medical turrets with energy and setting down power stations for people in their vicinity to get charged up. I think a tech based class couls potentially use lightning as a healing force.
