Keep crashing by Dx11 error

Hi Tech Support, today i was try to play ffxiv but every 1 hour or teleport to new place, my game keep crash by Dx11. I set Dx11 to Dx9 and try again but still crash normally. I really don't know why, please check and solve this case for me. Thank you soo much.

Alright, i tried create new character in Leviathan World and just play normally. Now i logged out and join my main character back, it's crash my game.

Although I am not a mod I encountered this before where I could play a different character just fine but crashed on my main. What fixed that issue for me back then was deleting the expack folder(expack 1, 2 or 3) where the location I am at is crashing then it re-downloads when you login at the launcher. I hope you're in an expansion area if not I'm sorry
(Currently I am experiencing a different crashing issue, can't even make a new character.)
