I still wish they gave a cheaper option tho, where the 2 expansions aren’t included for those who already own the base game and the 2 previous expansions.
But i like the game so it is what it is , i have been convinced and i gotta buy it.
I guess this is what they mean when they say “ it hurts but it feels so good!! “ lol
You paid ONLY $60 for ARR, HW and SB, when that should have been, by your pricing model, $120. (and for those who have been playing since day one, this is about what they've already paid, subscription outstanding)

The complete edition doesn't compile the price of all expansions, it compiles the price of ARR (the base game that everyone has to buy) and the latest expansion, whatever that is. All the expansions in between are required to access the latest one.

This is like 'feeling ripped off' when you see a combo pack in the store for FFXIII, FFXIII-2 and Lightning Returns together for $80 and saying "Hey! I paid $60 each when they came out!"
Or in your case "Hey, I paid $70 for XIII and XIII-2 together, now they're offering those plus LR for only $80 when I have to buy LR on it's own for $60!"

Instead of 'feeling ripped off' that you now have to pay full price, consider instead feeling happy that you got such a bargain with the complete edition the first time.

Why do you feel ripped off if you're paying less than for the previous expansions...

The pricing is intentional. Realistically, the price of a new expansion is $40. All the previous ones are included so new players aren't screwed over by a high price wall, locked out from the latest expac, and basically so the whole thing isn't too confusing.

As mentioned, sometimes SE will throw in previous expansions (for people with only the started edition) for free. And sometimes they'll discount the current one as much as 50%. If you're very concerned about this kind of value, you can wait for such a promotion.
