Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

We noticed that your graphics card drivers are a little out of date and newer patches are going to utilize newer driver versions. We would recommend updating and re-installing (if necessary) the graphics drivers.

The other thing I would suggest is reinstalling the game as well as deleting locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

I deleted my character settings by mistake (hot bar set up etc.) can you revive them for me?

Not SquareEnix support here, but... the hotbar/gearset stuff is all entirely client-side. Unless you manually upload it to the server for backup from the character login screen (which I highly recommend doing—it's the little gear icon next to a character name at the screen where you pick a character to log in) they never even see the data on their side of things. If you have backed it up to the server, you should be able to just pull it back down.

If you didn't back it up to the server, just restoring the FFXIV directory from under 'My Games' will fix things, since that's where it's all stored; if you deleted that directory instead of moving it out of the way, you can probably still restore it from a system backup.

If you don't have automated backups of your computer, and you didn't upload it to the server, then likely no one can help you and you'll just need to reconstruct the hotbars from scratch, unfortunately.
