Constant crashes for roulettes and dungeons

Unfortunately this didn't work, and when I deleted the folder(made a backup just in case) when I booted up FF14 it put me at the data center screen. Was that suppose to happen? It sorta made me freak out and quit immediately to replace it back with the local data folder I made as a backup since it made me think that my character wasn't there anymore

EDIT: it seems to have made it worse...now I can't even load in. Can only get on the character select screen, will try to see if I can make a new character since that worked last time this problem happened(albeit the solution last time was far simpler and actually worked out well than now). Will update this post again with how that goes.
UPDATE: Could not load in now even with a new character...I don't know what to do.
