Constant crashes for roulettes and dungeons

At first the only issue was not being able to do certain alliance raids and most annoyingly crashing the moment I get into Grand Cosmos at the loading screen. Now it's evolved to not being able to do any dungeons, and if there are some I can still do I am not wanting to test it out.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game (which specific raids/dungeons) does the crash occur? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the expacks, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics drivers. So far the rabanstre alliance raids have crashed on me, today the MSQ roulette Castrum Meridium crashed. Grand Cosmos has been crashing ever since I first tried it. Until this week the leveling and 50/60/70 roulettes have been fine as well as trials. They are just now being an issue.

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

We would like to recommend performing a Clean Boot on the desktop to see if the crashing continues. This will prevent any programs from starting up when the starting when the computer first boots up. This can end up having adverse effects on the game when these programs are running in the background. To perform a clean boot for Windows 10: Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

Also, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Unfortunately this didn't work, and when I deleted the folder(made a backup just in case) when I booted up FF14 it put me at the data center screen. Was that suppose to happen? It sorta made me freak out and quit immediately to replace it back with the local data folder I made as a backup since it made me think that my character wasn't there anymore

EDIT: it seems to have made it worse...now I can't even load in. Can only get on the character select screen, will try to see if I can make a new character since that worked last time this problem happened(albeit the solution last time was far simpler and actually worked out well than now). Will update this post again with how that goes.
UPDATE: Could not load in now even with a new character...I don't know what to do.
