Thread: How old is Ryne???? (Slight 5.2 Spoilers)

I've always thought of Ryne as 14-15. "My own age" is a pretty vague term and doesn't necessarily mean exactly the same age. I just assume it was meant to point out that they're not grown-ups and she's only ever been around grown-ups. Granted, children tend to talk about ages more specifically than adults do (particularly the younger they are: I'm 5 and three quarters!) so the argument could be made that she meant their actual ages. It doesn't feel right to me that she'd be 16-17 though.

I know this post is old, but I also felt the need to add that "grown ups" is a pretty vague term too when used by young people. I had been a whole adult for 5 years before my younger brother even acknowledged that we were "grown ups." Yes, he was also an adult at this time. I was 23 and he was 21, yet in his mind, neither of us were grown ups. And tbh, I'm not even sure we are and I'm 28 now.
