"An issue wherein the action "Cast" cannot be used at the following fishing spots:
"Central Thanalan: The ClutchNorthern Thanalan: Ceruleum FieldSouthern Thanalan: Burnt Lizard Creek"
* This is a high priority issue that we plan to address in Patch 5.21. "

This is already listed as a known issue at the bottom of the patch notes, along with several other fishing holes and a note that it's high priority and will be fixed in 5.21.

Good to know. I specifically remember not reading this there after checking twice (once per login attempt. I guess quickly skimming the notes is not very efficient). Thanks for the reply, though.
