Delete Clemency and Vercure

Vercure actually has pretty practical applications for RDM when you want to proc dualcast in a state that's post pull, such as when a boss becomes untargetable.

Came here to say the same thing, them dualcast procs are too tasty to have deleted.

Also, vercure has saved my character's life, and other player character's life so many times, mostly due to bad healers letting HP bars of players get too low before raid-wide AoEs. A quick vercure makes sure that whoever needs it, barely survives, instead of dying.

I literally quit being a healer main, and became a RDM main, because I can just get more stuff done! It has so much carrying potential.
