Majority of people don’t need to worry about what is meta and what isn’t...they do, but they shouldn’t because where it really matters affects a smaller part of the population because the majority of people aren’t pulling those numbers. They only need to be balanced enough to be good at clearing content where none are gimp.

Seeing this obsession with fine tuning balance is something that can kill jobs.
