When can we buy these without having to run E4? I'd prefer to not run E4 to get my alt jobs some weapons and crafted is too expensive at the moment.

In a few weeks part one of the relic weapon will drop.

Til then, yeah your options are run e4n, ruby ex, or buy the weapon. I guess you could also run hades ex too, though thats the lowest ilvl option

Relic is coming out in a few weeks, and the price for the crafted weapons is already tanking due to Ruby weapons being better - In a few weeks, the crafted weapons will likely only be a couple hundred k each, if that.
