A few hours ago when i was farming ruby weapon, at 11pm server time on chaos, there was about 70 PF's up. It dries up massively around the kind of time im now posting this and even then there is 24 parties up right now at 1:04am, but that's because people start going to sleep, and it'll stay like this until 7-8am, when people start waking up and playing again.
