I wouldn't mind it if they had it every hour and reduced the exp. Most of your exp is still coming from actually catching fish anyway.
And yeah, I hope they release more routes eventually.

I haven't tried it yet however I've already heard complaints from my FC about it.

The timer is fine as-is but you just can't queue. Try as you might, the chances of you getting in is like winning the lottery. Sure, this will change in months to come when nobody does it maybe but they need more than one boat every 2hrs. What's worse is I think you can server hop to a less populated server and jump on their server. Whatever the case is, they need to allow for more people to participate. Add more instances please!

They should make it so you can only do it once every 2 hours but you can queue in an instance, guarantee every time.

They're cross-world instances, so server hopping does nothing.

Whats with so many people believing that there is only one boat? The NPC is active for 15 minutes and in this time they create many boats. The last one will just start even if it is not full.
