The timer for ocean fishing is ridiculous!

SE please remove this timer or create more routes in between the current ones! I honestly do not understand the reason why a two hour wait is a thing. Especially if the content only is 15m long.

I was really hoping for something that recreated the social experience of Eureka or Ishgard restoration but all we really get is a short instance duty so at least let me spam it to lvl 80 whenever i want!

It's actually more like about 25-30 minutes long as well so really when you come out there's only 90 minues before you can go back in.

If preventing people from spamming the event was the reasoning behind this decision, then the same should've been done for ishgard restoration. In fact, i'd probably be able to spam the new diadem and get the same result as here. After unlocking restoration i got all of my crafter classes to 80 easily.

In a living virtual world, you can't do whatever you want whenever you want.

It is supposed to mimic a "real" world in some way, and it's perfectly normal that some activities can only be done at specific times.

The game world isn't only built around your character like in a solo game.

Same idea for the Ishgard fates for instance

um you can fish year around hell most ocean fishers fish year around even through storms ... If anything that makes it less realistc not more lol

Now They could add in you can only catch certain things at this time to make it real or this season


which by the way some times fish bite better in later times and eariler times but they alway bite if your paitence

Real world you can do anything at any time.. Hell i've gone night swimming at lakes/beachs you can honestly do anything 24/7 as long as a place is open at that time.
