    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Unfortunately, it looks like the PC you are using doesn't quite meet the minimum requirements for the game. Because of the changing environment of the game, even if you were able to play the game before, you may not be able to after every patch. Additionally, Windows 7 is no longer a supported Operating System.

    According to your System Report, your graphics drivers are a bit out of date. Updating them may help, but you may still run into this issue due to system requirements.

    yea kinda what i was expecting you guys screwed something up with your patch and you are just going to continue to blame it on peoples computers. Yes i know this is an old machine, but it has ran the game fine now for 2 months since i picked up the trial and then bough the game and all the expansions. At what point are you going to just admit you guys screwed something up and actually fix it instead of trying to pass the buck to all the players? I've played many other games and i have to say this is by far the absolute worst dev support i have ever had to deal with.
