Thread: Crashing when certain music starts playing for 5.2 content

The game closes immediately the second that the music starts for the bosses in Anamnesis Anyder, Eden's Verse Furor, and in Cinder Drift normal without giving error messages. I only managed to clear Anyder by constantly restarting the client and "getting lucky" when the music bugged out and did not play. Repeatedly for each boss.

Sometimes the game actually gives an error message giving DX11 and DX9 fault codes, and I can keep playing without confirming the error. Although that turns off most sounds, animations, and aoes.

I have tried:

Made clean reboots and normal reboots
Reinstalled the client and deleting only the Shadowbringers expansion file to re download it
Checked NVIDIA drivers and made a clean install of the latest version twice (442.19)
Removed any profiles or customizations for NVIDIA drivers during the installation
Renamed the FFXIV folder under Documents/My Games
Closed any program that is not strictly necessary through Task Manager
Turned off Full Screen Optimizations for the executable
Removed any USB devices that are not strictly necessary
Switched to the old launcher and back to the new launcher
Launched in DX9 mode (Changed the error messages that sometimes appeared to DX9 errors, but still crashes)
Checked Event Viewer for crashes/error, but did not find any
Turned off UAC (User Account Control)
Launched through GeForce Experience
Moved game to C drive and to external SSD
Checked that all hardware is operating at normal temperatures and not overclocked

Nothing worked, and I still keep crashing when the music starts under every combination of changes listed above. I have not encountered any issues like this until this 5.2 patch.
