Burnt Lizard Creek Fishing Spot Issues

I've fished from the areas as shown in Ffxiv Angler, yet since patch 5.2, I've been unable to fish at Burnt Creek in Southern Thanalan, as shown in the picutres at the site listed above. Has anyone else encountered this issue? It's not just msyelf, my brother has been unable to access the fishing spots also. Just curious if anyone else can confirm is this a bug? Or is my memory spotty and the location is elsewhere?

Edited to add: similar issue to Ceruleum Fields in Northern Thanalan, I have to literally stand on my brother's character lol, facing the same direction, for the fishing icon to light up, whereas before there was several spots you could angle from. Something doesn't seem right here.

An issue wherein the action "Cast" cannot be used at the following fishing spots:
"Central Thanalan: The Clutch, Northern Thanalan: Ceruleum Field, Southern Thanalan: Burnt Lizard Creek"
* This is a high priority issue that we plan to address in Patch 5.21.
