Tropes are cliches when overused, and FF does overuse some.

There's an easy way to keep track of who's alive - everyone is alive, since SE is petrified of killing off characters.

FF14 has a habit of changing a single thing on a character's bio sheet, and revealing more information on some very vague powers/events. Like just the big plot reveal this episode merely changes a character's TITLE from one thing to another, adds a new character to the equation, and explains a few of the vague powers/events. It's all still easy to follow.

So....there's a chance I'll get to see Papalymo again? lol

I find the story and everyone in it very easy to follow. What I'm confused about is the nature of the Echo, but that's an ongoing discussion in the Lore forum and is full of spoilers.

One thing that I never really understood is how some people can say they find this so confusing, and then turn around and tell you the entire lineage of each dwarf from The Hobbit and the entire history of the elves in Rivendell, the Men of Numenor and the history behind the White Council.

But yet, this is confusing.

The story keep getting better with each patch, man, i dunno how they gonna improved from here, because its perfect.

They'll return to the Source, where at least one of them will get involved in the whole "I died, yes, but actually no" shenanigans, while another Scion is possessed by some random Ascian. You know, the usual.
