Ocean Fishing Level 80 No White Scripts

According to the patch notes the reward for participating in the Ocean fishing for a level 80 fisher should be yellow and white gathering scripts.
I have queued both solo and with a group of all level 80s and both times I received a variable amount of yellow scripts

e.g. [1:24]You obtain 275 yellow gatherers' scrips.

But no White Scripts

This is effecting me too. I've gone 3 times now and all 3 times received XP instead of white Scrips.

White scrips you get when you are lvl 80, while leveling you get xp. It's been always like that.

Why you wouldn't get white ones at level cap is a mystery, a bug perhaps.

from what i've read in other places it's either you have to catch certain fish during a spectral window or that you catch a big fish with the fisher's intuition buff on. (also all while you're on level 80 I'm assuming).

That is the problem, I am level 80.

It still seems very bugged, considering the patchnotes stated that you wouldn't get any experience as a reward at level 80, yet you still do.
