    Win+R > type "lusrmgr.msc" without quotes > Users > double-click on your user account > Group membership > delete "Administrator" group > restart pc.
    Before that i recommend to activate built-in Administartor account just in case. Do it by double-click on Administartor account and uncheck "Account is disabled".
    This is for windows 10 pro but should work for win7/8 as well.
    btw do it at your own risk since something might broke still it works fine for me
