Hey if that's fine with you then cool. But I don't enjoy having to run away from enemy tank on my way to join my group in frontlined because the developers were too lazy to properly design a skill.

Just because abilities have minor mechanical and potency based changes doesn't mean the actual core concept of the ability is going to be changed. I never said I didn't agree with you, I'm just telling you why this is the case. Stop 1v1ing tanks and spend more time around the people in your party and you might have a better time. Your perception of dev efforts towards abilities are not nearly as detrimental to the game as people who think going solo in FLs is a good idea.

Also, no it didn't. Works the same way it does in PvE, you have to target a party member but they don't need to remain in range for it to work (ie the drg to get the buff).
