Good morning and thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

Could you update the graphics drivers? Reinstalling the game, have you tried putting it on the C drive?

    Hello,

I have tried updating the graphics drivers, and have reinstalled the game. The game still unexpectedly quits. The game will be playable after reinstalling for a while until it suddenly quits. This time, it will quit after I finish selecting my character.

As for putting the game on C drive, it is not possible for me, because the game size is too large for the available spaces I have left in my C drive (My C drive only has 100 GB of storage).

Thank you for the update Akashica.

It looks like your PC has an integrated graphics card. Unfortunately, these aren't officially supported to run the game. While you may have been able to play before, it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to play after every patch.

We do have some more troubleshooting you can try, but you still might have some issues due to not meeting the minimum requirements:

Try closing any other programs/overlays you might having running in tandem with the game.

You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
