Stuck in Now Loading screen after crashing

Hello!

Recently I was able to finish the 'Sirensong' duty with my main character, however, my game stopped loading after I tried leaving the duty. Since the game was stuck in loading for some time, I closed the game, but when I tried to reopen, the game was in the loading screen (with the doma bg) for a little bit, and the game closes itself without any warnings/errors. At the character selection screen, it also says that my character is in Kugane, even though I haven't progressed that much in stormblood to actually enter Kugane (I was at the duty that unlocks kugane)

I restarted my router and pc and tried to log in, however, it was still stuck at the Now Loading screen after I selected my main character.
