An unexpected error has occurred (6d)

This has been going on for over a day now and if there is a single verifiable solution/any type of explanation for this error I have yet to see it. I hate to be the person who points this out but we pay a subscription based on a set time irrelevant to whether or not we actually play the game so is this going to get fixed in the near future or are we going to get paid back for the time this update stole from us?

The error you and others are experiencing results from a game crash. Unfortunately, the error and crash itself are vague. They don't explain the exact reason why the crash occurs. We can provide troubleshooting, but since every PC is made up of different part from different manufacturers and run different software at different times, the crash is likely being caused by different things. Usually it stems from outdated drivers, other programs running in tandem or corrupted install files. However, since we cannot be well-versed in any particular player's PC, it can be difficult to determine the issue if it is outside of the norm. Unfortunately, this is something that needs to be addressed on the client side.

"It's Client side" That is a load of garbage. It is definitely not something that is client side seeing as this is a NEW error popping up for TONS of players AFTER the newest 5.2 patch. It's a joke to be honest.
