My interpretation of the OP's post is a request to remove passive regen and switching out gear once you have contributed to combat and/or have gained enmity.

Once you throw your first heal or spell, your MP regen would stop until combat is resolved, etc.

At one point you could only regen MP while having no hate, which was sooooo annoying.. glad they removed that crap.. and no idea what OP is talking about .. maybe define what you mean by "Resting"???

To Axel... Why because it's a bit more difficult and flows a bit moore with gameplay? so your saying if we were to duel (lets say were able) time 3 second w/e I buff with buffing gears and macro switch back over??? repose change set up???

To Fiosha-> I sorta agree but a decreased regen is fine but it does seem to need be altered.

Oh I think she means like we use to in XI. You know, "Twinking". You use Healers gear for massive cure then go to Debuff/buff gear then ... yada yada. If it is Kirafey; not really. I mean you can but even with a macro set to change your gear, it takes WAY to long and people will die. If they see you trying that, pretty sure they will not want to play with you.
