Why so Sirius

I was looking around for an armor set that i want to get as my main glamour and the quest that it says i have to do is this quest to unlock the dungeon. but it says the dungeon requirements are Pharos Sirius (this is normal mode not hard mode) and i cant accept the quest

You would need to do the quest ‘Sirius Business’ first.
Also having heat the initial MSQ, but considering your level you likely have done that.

If you have done this, and ‘ Why so Sirius’ is there yet not acceptable, you should check to see if you have too many quests open in your journal.

I'm confused. Are you asking how to get access to Pharos Sirius? Or that you're trying to access something else that is telling you to complete Pharos Sirius first?

"Why so Sirius" is the follow up sidequest after completing Pharos Sirius (normal).

Pharos Sirius normal is not part of the msq. Unlock the normal version and complete it, then you can unlock the hard mode which is the one you want.

At the lvl 74 rdm it says you are, you can solo burn the normal run with 0 effort. So unlocking hard mode will practically take no time at all.
