    Frequent disconnected this morning

    I’ve been experiencing a number of disconnects this morning. This first occurred while I was in the Crystarium watching the cutscene Warrior of Darkness gives to the crowd about the Warriors of Light. I disconnected 3 times while watching that scene, and finally had to skip it to progress.

    Things seemed fine, but than I experienced a second disconnect while placing a piece of furniture in my yard. I kept waiting for it to kick me, but it never did. I tried to log out, but it it won’t let me. I kept getting a message that I couldn’t log out while placing furniture. My chat log seemed to be working, and could message people while I waited to disconnect. Finally, I was forced to close the game, by closing the app on my PS4. When I finally got back on, I was back in my yard. I checked Outdoor Housing option to try and place the outdoor furnishing again, and it had disappeared from my inventory, I checked my yard, and outdoor storage, and it isn’t in either of these either. I than disconnected a second time.

    We apologize for the delay in responding. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - Please make sure that "Cookies" and "JavaScript" are ENABLED on the PSN browser. If they are already checked, please uncheck them then recheck them.
    - The issue could also be from the "Date & Time" settings on your PS4.
    1. Close the FINAL FANTASY XIV game/application.
    2. Go to [SETTINGS] on your PS4
    3. Select [Date and Time], and "Set via Internet". (Please do not manually set the date and time.)
    4. Once the date and time have been updated, please restart your PS4 console.
    5. Once the console has fully restarted, please start the FINAL FANTASY XIV game/application.

    Please make sure all other internet-enabled devices (including smartphones, laptop/desktop PCs, tablets, etc.) have been disabled and/or turned OFF to minimize game interference.

    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:

    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040
