I'm going to burst the bubble but I did some testing with and without a +15 INT ring and a parser...the results? Nothing worth noting. I'd hold off on resetting stats until the devs make adjustments.

Either way, here is how I generally approach stats and how I would encourage you to do the same:

Mages: MND = healing m. pot and also accuracy. Since the 1.21 update accuracy seems lower - this is backed up by parsers run constantly on Chimera with a full-party buff. So I would put some focus there. In addition to that, I would look at putting a little VIT in there for survival purposes. I have some sprinkled in and I survive HF on Ifrit with only 1 nail down and no sentinel or rampart (on BLM) with a decent amount to spare.

Barcher: Go with the idea that DEX = accuracy and evasion as a good indicator. Also, the AF is PIE heavy so that should be a clue.

DD in general: Parsers have been run by numerous people and STR is the moneymaker for auto-attack. The correlation isn't significant but it exists.

Tanking: VIT is king but not as much as you would suspect. Remember, DEX is also a parameter in blocking, evading, and parry.

Like I said, don't sell the farm until they make adjustments. If you are just taking jobs up now, maybe these tips will aid you.
