Greetings,

While playing White Mage, I didn't experience anything I felt made the class unbalanced, largely because it is the only healer at the moment that is viable, the only thing I identified was that at 50 the attack spells seem to cost way too much MP.

That aside, given the situation with Paladins comparing to their partner, the Warrior, and other minor nuances experienced by other classes, I feel that Job Traits, acquired via leveling (or even questing) in addition to class traits can fill the void.

For example:

Paladin:

Lv. 35: True Sight - Paladins acquire an additional 10% Accuracy with physical attacks.

Lv. 40: Divine Aegis - Paladins receive a 15% reduction to all incoming damage while equipped with a shield.

Lv. 45: Beacon of Light - Those standing near a Paladin in battle will receive an decrease in enmity, and any spell used by the Paladin to heal a target within x yalms will incur significantly increased enmity to the Paladin.

Lv. 50: Resonance - Paladins regen 3% MP per attack blocked, and will regen 10% of their MP (to some set max) after using the Divine Veil ability. Paladins also receive +5 Healing Magic Potency.

An alternative route to this would be to do as one poster suggested, add statistical mods to each soul.

Example(s):

Soul of the Paladin: +10 ACC, +10 Healing Magic Potency, Mana Regen, +5DEF, +20 MP
Soul of the Warrior: +10 ATK, +10 DEF, + 20 HP, TP generation based on damage taken.
Soul of the Dragoon: +5 ACC, +5 ATK, -3 Enmity, HP regen when dropped to 10% HP (300 min cooldown).
