DX 11 strikes again

So since yesterday i have been having dx11 crashes again also some crashed with no error when im just in town i can maybe play for max 3 minutes rn

im running a gtx1080ti
amd ryzen 71700
and 16gb of ram

i have had crashes before i used to just sat it back to dx9 but i really just want a perma fix

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game does the crash occur? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
