All I'll say there is I left WoW entirely to join FF14 just because the crafting was that much better. WoW's crafting is pathetic. It's beyond terrible.
It's a mini-game, with one puzzle per tier, and that puzzle gets solved within an hour of release, and after that puzzle is solved, it's just WoW crafting that takes longer.
