Certainly looks like it'll be even easier now.

Basically it seems the removal of Ingenuity is being fully accounted for. Add to that an uncapped Inner Quiet (this is an insane buff) and a buffed Innovation and we could end up seeing much higher Quality increases.
I cap around 5591 Control with max Inner Quiet and NQ vendor food. After the patch, I'll reach 7771 with max Inner Quiet, plus a 50% Innovation boost. This makes something like Great Strides -> Innovation -> Prep Touch -> Great Strides -> Brygots, look rather crazy.
