It slightly concerns me. Does it mean the appearances will be different? And I assume it's one-time, irreversible choices like in Eureka quest. So maybe it's worth waiting to see how these settlements will look like for others with different choices, then choose whatever I like better.
it means appearances during the quest will look different but once everyone is done it'll all look the same.
