Thread: Patch 5.2 Notes (Preliminary)

TBH I was expecting a lil more from FC ranks, but these are honestly still good upgrades.

Did I totally miss DoW / DoM job changes, or did they just not post them?

We are getting inventory space for the Free Company chest. Start farming the seals everyone.

I am happy that we do get a increase in compartments but I wonder why it stops at 20? Why then make it max lvl 30?

job adjustments will not be revealed until final patch notes are released from now on.

It will certainly kill every macro I currently run including the ones I use for my 6k+ difficulty lvl80 2-star crafts. Will need to go back to the drawing board. Hopefully, this is not the case and they still let us macro or i'm probably going to consider stopping crafting completely. I don't like to think while crafting. I'll pop an audio book on and spam my macros while listening to it. It's relaxing. Remove that and no point for me anymore.

I wouldn't cry the blues just yet.... if you read just a bit after the part where they say ingenuity is being removed the notes also say:

It is now easier to increase progress and quality for recipes higher than your current level.

and

Due to changes to the crafting system, the required progress and maximum quality of certain recipes have been reduced.

Which implies that Ingenuity might be removed because its no longer necessary due to those nerfs. It's quite possible the above changes mean all crafting is like having ingenuity permanently active with no CP cost. We'll have to wait and see it live to know for certain.

There will be Drama wether they like it or not unfortunately expecially when it comes to Healers C_C
