Yeah I agree fully, and tbh no matter the good ones, the disappointing ones were enough to bring my mood down about the rest too.

Because they want actual gil sinks. Not only that, it also made people farm old Primals less. I'm not really surprised they're axing it tbh.

It was even RNG dependant, I love when it procs when using white scrips mats but it does so rarely that it's not a broken skill or anything...

On other patch sutff, I reaaaally want that house glam and the new crafted outfit, also yay for gender unlocking the wedding outfits and DNC/GNB Shinryu weapons. Outside Viera/Hroth hair, it's looking good for aesthetics.

I helped craft mats for my friends ARR Zodiac Weapons (The rings and items you need for turn ins) and I got so many reuse procs (rng was on fire) that I ended up getting back almost half for another relic turn in. It was amazing and made me so happy that I got my crafters all the way up because the process was so easy and rewarded you for getting to max.

Now at most we fall back on desynth and I don't mind desynth but it doesn't hold a candle to instant mat regains from reuse especially when the mats can go over almost 1 mil on their own.

Kinda upset that you do not get any gil from doing the collectible anymore. I wonder why they did this.

Indeed It was only up to 10000 or 15000 per week and I don't know use it to make Gil in that sense just a nice bonus if you will but /sigh

The Crafting Changes are bad. They keep not wanting people to use macros but I guarantee you within 2 days after the patch a macro will exist.

We will have them as soon as we know what the specific numbers are for 5.2 gear and the calculators are updated.

They're nerfing one action, but buffing IQ significantly (it stops adding anything at something like 7 or 8 stacks currently, 3k was a silly low cap) as well as Innovation. (They're also seemingly removing the ilvl based penalty that required ingenuity to be a button in the first place)

Theres going to be little change to how you press buttons except you'll backload quality boosts a little more with high IQ stacks and inno -> blessing into most likely a veneration name brand groundwork closer.

Probably adds a couple steps because youll lose progress buffs early on, but have a stronger finish.

Reuse being gone makes me sad, but it was a pretty stupid skill anyway. It was abusable with recycle (you had a better chance to craft primal items for free than you did to lose anything) and without recycle, was still pretty nuts in terms of what it can save (early cycle sub part building could save weeks with it).

I'm a little sad they arent following through with their goal of significantly reducing crystal and shard costs for synths though. I really am just tired of using as many of them as I do.

The market change is... I dunno. (Most) Everyone is using one of the two cities with a market board in the same zone as the aetheryte for listing, so they either had to make this change and charge everybody or make a change to charge nobody, and since the only sure thing in life is being taxed, everyone's being taxed.

As per usual, I'll be grinding to do the new Extreme trial before it becomes dead.

Made the mistake of not doing so for Hades to the point that I couldn't find a learning party
