Couple of questions from a noob

Question 2: Does the experience bonus for alternate jobs increase with level gap, between main job and alternate job?

I have read on the web that the experience gain is the same, whether your main job and alternate job is one level apart, as it is if the gap is 50 levels apart. But in game it states the bigger the gap, the bigger the experience gain. Which is it please?

The in-game help is wrong on this. The armoury bonus to Exp does not depend on how large the difference is between your jobs.
The armoury bonus always applies when you are playing a DoW/DoM job/class that is not your highest level one. The bonus is 100% when your current job is below level 70, and 50% for level 70 and above.
