Fishing Log Possible bug

Hi with the new Fishing stuff coming out i've been excited to get back into fishing and im trying to catch the High End Fish but i noticed that even after i bought the Tome of Ichthyological Folklore and noticed that the fish still have "???" for the restrictions, and im trying to see if this is a bug or not. On the other fish it says "Yes" or "No" in those slots. Being that i bought the book about those fish i thought it would at least show if they do have a restriction or not.

If it's not a bug it's very confusingly done and can confuse new players greatly since some uncaught fish that dont require Tome also have "???" and they wont know what weather or time or condition would be required to actually catch the fish.

It's not a bug so much as a poorly implemented addition to the log they added a while back. Almost every fish has ???'s for their conditions, whether they are big fish or regular fish. The only fish that they bothered to add details to seem to be the ones used for weekly collectibles and a few random others, most of which are just "none" across the board which is basically just as unhelpful. I, too, wish they'd actually use this feature more fully, but it is what it is intentionally as of right now, and not a bug sadly.

Oh, and the displayed conditions don't change depending on whether you've caught the fish or not. Any fish that has ???'s will always have ???'s even after you catch it.
