Dec 21 2012, is just the winter solstice of 2012, which if anyone knows anything about the mayan calendar that is when it ends. It also marks the end of several other natural cycles which were also noted by the mayans, stars/planets moving across the sky and whatnot. The thing is, the cycles start over once they end, but all the doomsayers kinda ignore that.
