Each job will have access to all the skills the base class have and will focus the stats, new skills and the gameplay to something in particular. And they can add more classes and jobs like:

So now we have job stones this is easy like add more stones per class and have more equipment that is job unique.

Is not exactly like i said it but we are getting there.
