    I still think that BRD needs a third DoT, the extra procs would really go toward fixing that dps gap.

    The problem that caused BRD to be in the spot it is in now is because they nerfed the DoT potencies too much because they gave BRD back its songs(because of its lore in particular, if you want to get specific). If they brought those potencies back up to what they used to be BRD would be in a better spot.
