Possibly on Fantaji? lol I posted a status saying almost the exact same thing.

Yeah I think it was from Fantaji.

If nothing else I think the icon really needs to be re-designed. It looks sloppy, as if one of the artists was just told to create something quick and dirty for testing, but a final icon was never implemented.

Yeah, it kind of looks like a 15 second Photoshop job.
