Gold chocobo feathers on old account

Hi all, a quick question. My daughter originally started playing XIV on the PS4, but then changed to PC. On her old account on the PS4, she has 17 gold chocobo feathers sitting there. Obviously they are untradeable so we couldn't just trade them to her new account, and the mount whistles/horns are untradeable too, so is there any other way that they can be transferred or are they lost to the old account?

if they still have access to there old account they can (or could have)just register the PC version on that account and itll still have all there stuff and character from there time playing on PS4
but there is no way of transferring feathers
