Talking about parsing, not nude mods which your quote refers to.....Not really? There hasn't been much debate over what was said. Just what people think SE should do.

There's more SE can do, aside from scanning players' computers. Push them enough and they could step up security. As Yoshi-P just said in the quote above, they have already even, albeit in small ways so far.
And if some mod does put SE in legal hot water, I would expect their response to suddenly get stronger. Yoshi was pretty much begging people to not force their hand.
