Don’t forget Gaius piloted ultima weapon in the praetorium. Yoshida dropped a hint in a jp interview by saying the phrase newtype.

Not all Raen are from Sui no Sato, though. Plenty are from the Hingan Mainland.

On top of that, might you explain why she would have the Echo/Resonant? You don't need it to pilot the Weapons, see Gaius.


Also, I wonder whether Garlemald actually built those weapons or dug them up from Allag or something, like Ultima and Omega. In the case of the latter, it would've been called Ruby Weapon even before, invalidating the theory.
