Well, they just have a set of rules to check who is qualified to take ownership. They don't have to move it around. Check who are eligible and then choose among those, whether by online date or rank.I see what you are saying. Yes they are checking that for purchase of actual land, but yea not for an FC. What if a leader is absent too long though and leadership is moved on to the next person and that person already owns another fc house? Do they just move it to the next person on the list then like the other poster said? I mean yes that would make sense, but I don't know how that would work with SE's programming. Yea I bet they could check that, but would it cause an issue to just move it on to the next person? I'm not a programmer so I don't know how all that works. But you would think they could do something.
