Looks like they need to add a term into the game that only allows 1 house on the world per account so Jenova characters could only get one house even if they got 50 characters or whatever and same goes to every character but a account should have a lock of a maxium of 10 houses total that would prevent stuff like that

That exists already. This is an fc house, which is different. Unfortunately, you can still get multiple fc houses, especially if it's a different account that buys it, then makes the other account leader.

SE had made it that way - one FC house per world. But from my understanding if say your main was in a FC with a house and you had an alt on that same world that was in an FC that didn't have a house - that homeless FC wouldn't be able to buy a house even if you didn't own either FC. So they changed it back for FCs.

Really SE just needs to make instanced housing as a viable option. But I don't know if they can't or just won't.

I'm stating for the term to be account bound not character bound so lets say My Meru makes an fc gets a house and I get a Alt lets say named Lexi and make it able to get it the game would prevent Lexi from buying a house and give a error "currently owns a house bound to this account"

I understand what you are saying but say your alt is in an FC and the leader stops playing and you inherit the FC leadership position and therefore the FC house. Does that mean the rest of the FC then becomes homeless because that house will be demolished because you already own an FC with a house on your main? That's also why SE changed the FC "rule". It's not perfect but I think they were trying to choose between the "lesser of two evils".

that indeed would be nice, aswell as a lets say i buy a second FF14 account (i know ppl that did it ...) buy house and give "lead" or ownership to first account, should be restricted entirely, like 1 account own 1 private house + 1 FC house (if leader) max and that it ...


im also amazed that SE isnt "monitoring" these "owner", because with so much money entering, i bet you everything RMT is involved !

then said house should be given to first player not owning a house, because "if alt FC lead stop playing will i be homeless ?" you said it yourself its an alt, shouldnt have priority over main character

Isn’t it against the rules? At least players selling plots are against tos. So yea if you can confirm they are selling the plots to players, report them
